Depend was looking to enter the UK market as a challenger brand and engaged MullenLowe Salt as part of the launch. The Audit Incontinence category is not frequently discussed in the UK. The brand was looking to change perceptions and show that there are untold positive experiences through finding the right product.
delineate was asked to help deliver original thought leadership research to create a central piece of content that could showcase the brand point of view. delineate interviewed women experiencing bladder leakage and designed two quantitative surveys. Impactful statistics and supporting consumer quotes were brought to life in a white paper. The paper was central to a media launch in the UK and achieved 15 broadcast, 28 print, and 23 online pieces of coverage.
