James Turner (JT)
Founder & CEO
JT brings over 20 years of research and insights experience having worked both agency and client-side in senior roles. He helps solve knotty problems with a wide range of research techniques. Until recently, JT was Chief Operating Officer in Europe at Edelman Berland, the strategic insights division of Edelman, the world’s largest communications agency. He is Founder and CEO of delineate. Prior to Edelman, JT held senior management positions at Black Swan Data, ICM, FreshMinds, BT and IRI. He lectures in research techniques and is a regular industry speaker.
Chief Customer Officer
For the past 15 years Ben has worked across market research, media, and communications sectors, and is passionate about the power of data and insight to inform better marketing strategies. He’s a people-driven, client focussed leader with expertise in scaling businesses and helping clients grow. His previous roles include positions at Toluna, Ugam Solutions, Instantly, and most recently at YouGov as UK General Manager.
Pat is a forward thinking leader with extensive knowledge of online consumer research. He brings over 20 years’ experience of operational and account management in the research sector. He was previously with ICM Direct as Head of Direct Online Operations. Before to that, Pat forged his exceptional knowledge and skillset in senior roles at Research Now, Ipsos MORI, and NOP.
Chief Marketing Officer
Catherine has a broad skill set offering a combination of marketing and management consulting expertise. She’s gained this across range of industry sectors including: mobile, financial services, professional services, market research and public sector. Her recent positions include Truphone, Instantly, Capgemini, GE Money and Lloyds TSB.
Global Product Officer
Chris has in-depth knowledge of the media and advertising industries. He has 15 years’ experience working with global agencies and media owners, including management of large accounts and consulting in planning, audience research and programmatic solutions. An outstanding communicator, clients find him confident and likeable. His strength lies in developing client relationships and delivering against their needs. His roles have included positions with Black Swan Data, Kantar Media, Network Research and BMRB.
Di has over 16 years experience of leading high performing HR teams spanning online business intelligence, recruitment and technology markets, supporting client groups based across a global portfolio of offices. She’s an insightful and influential Global HR Director who adds value at senior level, not purely in the HR agenda but also in delivering real commercial success. Her roles have included positions at Fujitsu, Black Swan Data, BMI Research and Adecco.
Tracy "Tarcey" Hubbard
Tarcey is senior director in the custom research practice. Under her leadership delineate offers a suite of thought leadership research and as well as messaging and brand research tools.
Tarcey provides strategic counsel to brands and agencies, with a passion for using data to understand human behaviour and consumer needs & lifestyles, to solve communications challenges, drive innovation and behaviour change.
