He’s a people-driven, client focussed leader with expertise in scaling businesses and helping clients grow. His previous roles include senior management positions at Toluna, Ugam Solutions, Instantly, and most recently at YouGov as UK General Manager.

JT brings over 20 years of research and insights experience having worked both agency and client-side in senior roles. He’s the founder and CEO of Delineate. JT has held senior management positions at Black Swan Data, was Chief Operating Officer in Europe at Edelman Berland, the strategic insights division of Edelman. Prior to Edelman, he worked at BT, ICM, FreshMinds and IRI. He lectures in research techniques and is a regular industry speaker.

Catherine has a broad skill set offering a combination of marketing and management consulting expertise. With 20 years’ experience across a number of sectors including: mobile, financial services, professional services, market research and public sector. Catherine’s held a number of senior management positions at Lloyds TSB, GE Money, Capgemini, Instantly and most recently as Product and Communications Manager at Truphone.

Pat is a forward thinking leader with extensive knowledge of online consumer research. He brings over 20 years’ experience of operational and account management in the research sector, including Head of Direct Online Operations at ICM Direct. Before that, Pat forged his exceptional knowledge and skillset in senior roles at Research Now, Ipsos MORI, and NOP.

Erik is a business leader with extensive C-level and international experience. He brings over 20 years’ experience gained at various multinationals including WPP, Pitney Bowes, Xerox & 3Com. Most recently Erik is working as a portfolio CFO through the FD Centre to provide a range of SMEs with Strategic Finance Advice to support fast growth organisations excel in strategically relevant execution.

Ad-man, researcher and futurist, Paul brings 40 years of advertising, marketing and research experience. His previous leadership roles include Head of Planning at Young & Rubicam and SPLintas, Chairman and CEO of The Henley Centre, Group CEO at Lowe & Partners, Chief Strategy Officer at Publicis, and CEO for TNS UK. Most recently he was European CEO for Hall & Partners.

Tarcey is senior director in the custom research practice providing strategic counsel to brands and agencies. She has a passion for using data to understand human behaviour and consumer needs & lifestyles, to solve communications challenges, drive innovation and behaviour change. Tarcey has held a number of Research Director positions at Ipsos MORI, Synovate, Edleman Berland and most recently Revealing Reality.
