Business Development Director - London

We are looking for an exceptional business development director – somebody that thrives on bringing innovative solutions to clients using a consultative and problem solving approach, which in turn will help delineate with our ambitious growth plans.

What will you be doing:

You will be responsible for all commercial development aspects of a combination of named accounts, inbound leads, and an assigned sales territory. You will lead on creating account plans specific to your territory and your customer base, and you will work closely with the research and client service teams on the successful delivery of client projects and product subscriptions. Your mission is to build long lasting client relationships, and to enjoy the rewards that successful business development brings.

What will you bring to delineate?

You’ll have a client facing background, with a track record in new business sales. You’ll understand the marketing sector with experience in brand and communications, with experience of market research considered an advantage. You’ve been working with brands in a sales capacity for at least five years, and you’ll bring tenacity, quick thinking, and a client-first mindset to our organisation.

Senior Research Executive - London / Newcastle Emlyn

What will you be doing? 

You will be working closely with delineate’s Research Director and commercial team to deliver world class research solutions for our clients. delineate prides itself on thinking outside the box and solving complex client challenges with a “human” narrative, not just following research processes for the sake of them.

Functions of the role itself include:

  • Making recommendations on method and scope to clients / delineate commercial teams prior to project launch
  • Management and delivery of projects, including the management of international fieldwork and collaboration with our internal operations team
  • Working closely with the commercial team on day to day client contact specific to the projects being delivered
  • Deliver outputs / findings / other products as agreed with the client at brief stage in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client debriefs and delivery meetings

Production Executive - Newcastle Emlyn

What will you be doing? 

We are looking to recruit new stars here in West Wales (Newcastle Emlyn) which is our production and operational hub. Reporting into the Production Manager, you will be an integral part of the market research survey scripting, fieldwork and data processing team.

Applicants will be comfortable working in a busy, vibrant environment and will be looking to develop their careers in line with delineate values.  We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working within software applications who enjoy solving complex problems.

You will cover a mix of tasks for which we will give full training. In the role you will be scripting survey questionnaires in an online platform, monitoring the completion of the survey and analysing the resulting data.

Our surveys run 24/7 so there is an element of out of hours cover as part of this role, which includes evenings and occasional weekends.  Out of hours cover is shared across the team.

Ideally, we are looking for a recent graduate keen to begin their career in a positive manner or experienced Production Executives looking for a change of environment.
